What is Volume One?
Volume One is an online baby book for first-year photos, stories and voice notes. Shape the pages, share a family link and listen to recordings together. You can start making your book now; printed ordering is being prepared.
Do I need to add a memory every day?
No. Add a photo or a few words whenever you want, and bring in several photos later if that is easier. There are no streaks or missed-month warnings. You choose when a chapter is ready for the book.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The web app works in a mobile browser and on a desktop computer. You can choose photos from your phone library, and on a computer you can also drop or paste images into the memory composer.
What can I change before printing?
You can edit the words and photo placement, choose a page style, and design a front and back cover. The app checks page fit and photo quality before an order can continue, so review those notices before checkout.
Can family members see the book?
You can share a private family link for a read-only view of the book. Guests can leave margin notes for you to review. Anyone with the link may be able to open that view, so share it only with people you trust.
Can I start for free?
Yes. You can start making a book in the web app without a card. Keep a device export of your memories as an independent copy. Printing is optional, and its price depends on the edition and page count.
Does a printed book include online storage?
The planned print bundle includes one year of online storage for the book and its media, including photos and voice notes. Ordering and the storage bundle are being prepared. We will show the included period and the options and any price after that year before taking payment.
How do voice notes work in a printed book?
Voice notes play from the online book. Printed pages carry a QR code that opens the hosted recording. A recording needs to remain online for that code to work; anyone with its media link or printed code can listen.
Where can I have a book delivered?
Print ordering is being prepared for US delivery. When ordering opens, shipping and any applicable tax will be shown before payment. International delivery is not available yet.
How much does it cost?
Standard hardcover pricing starts at $59 for 40 pages, with $8 for each additional pack of 8 pages. A 52-page book is $75 before shipping and tax. The planned bundle includes a year of online storage; print ordering is being prepared.
